1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using learningbits.io (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

learningbits.io provides interactive micro-learning content for enterprise software professionals. The Platform includes courses, modules, interactive cards, gamification features, and completion certificates. Content is created and reviewed by certified practitioners.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access paid content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Purchases and Access

Individual course purchases grant you lifetime access to that course for personal, non-commercial use. Corporate licenses grant access to designated seats for the duration of the license period.

All purchases are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. Contact us at hello@learningbits.io to request a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, interactive cards, graphics, and materials on the Platform are owned by learningbits.io or its content partners and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content
• Use automated tools to access the Platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the Platform
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

7. Certificates

Completion certificates are issued upon passing the boss-level challenge for a course. Certificates are verifiable and tied to your account. They represent completion of Platform course content and do not constitute official vendor certifications.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Course content reflects the state of enterprise software as of its publication date and may become outdated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, learningbits.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
